Well, this has been just an enjoyable time for me.  Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day....not to mention the days in between, have been such a blessed time for me.  I thank God that I can look back on these past few weeks and truly say I have enjoyed and treasure each moment.  I tried to stay focused this year, (more so than years past) the whole reason for the celebration of Christmas.....and the blessing of yet another new year.  I tried oh so hard to not think of the money issues and buy this and buy that mind set that seems to hit me year after year at this time of year.  This year it was so very different and I thank God for that.....that he gave me wisdom how to handle everything that goes with Christmas and New Years celebrations.  I pray 2009 will be a blessed year for me and my family.  I pray that we will be healthy, confident and happy.  I pray that the Lord enables me to set up some kind of guardianship, or adoption regarding my 4 yr. old granddaughter so I can keep her safe, loved and provided for.  There is so much more.....but I know the Lord knows my heart.  He knows me better than I know myself....and for that I am grateful.  Well Lord.....2009 is here....please be by my side each and every step of the way....and help me and guide me along futures path.
